The integration process entails setting up API connections between the customer's ERP system and the iTraceiT platform. Customers are provided with comprehensive API documentation by iTraceiT to guide them through the integration process.

Customers are responsible for building the integration themselves within their ERP environment. Since customers remain within their familiar ERP interface, there is no need for additional training from iTraceiT. Typically, ERP providers have service contracts with their customers, covering the training required for utilizing integrated solutions such as iTraceiT.

iTraceiT extends support to customers during the integration process through its dedicated integrations team, available for assistance via Skype.

Customers sign a gold contract with iTraceiT when their ERP is provided by a service provider with whom iTraceiT has built an integration.

Upon contract signing, the ERP provider receives:
