They can be used at different levels (e.g., parcel, transfer, item) and may appear in exports, QR scan pages, or remain internal based on your configuration.

  • Clarity: Add an extra field for clarity (e.g., VS1, SI2) to help buyers assess quality at a glance.

  • Cut: Record details like “Round Brilliant” or “Princess Cut” for each parcel or item.

  • Color Grade: Include a field for color (e.g., D, E, F) to support transparency in marketing and sales.

  • Carat Weight: If not part of the default fields, use an extra field to record exact carat information per item or parcel.

  • GIA Certificate Number: Link each diamond to its official certification by adding a GIA number field.

  • Fluorescence: Add a field to indicate whether the stone has any fluorescence characteristics.

  • Laser Inscription Code: Include an internal or external field to track inscription numbers for security and validation.
