As a Jeweler, you receive QR Codes from Manufacturers.
Each QR Code represents a jewelry parcel that was created and validated earlier in the supply chain.
Before requesting certification, you must import these QR Codes into your iTraceiT account.
This step links the parcels to your database and ensures full traceability within the SCS certification process.
- Step 1: Log in to iTraceiT and go to the Homepage.
- Step 2: Paste the QR ID received from the handler into the search bar.
- Step 3: Click the Search icon to retrieve the parcel.
- Step 4: Review the parcel details shown in the pop-up window, including:

Number of Stones or Jewelry Pieces

Origin / Producer Country
- Certificates (if applicable)

- Step 5: If all information is correct, click Proceed to confirm the import.
Importing QR Codes allows Jewelers to securely receive parcels from Manufacturers while maintaining full traceability across the chain. This step ensures that your data is accurate, verified, and ready for SCS certification. Traceability continues with every imported parcel.
