How to Manually Renew Your Subscription

Renewing your subscription ensures uninterrupted access to your iTraceiT domain and its features. Subscriptions are linked to your domain plan and must remain active so your team can continue working without disruption. 

Only administrators can acces the domain settings.

Keeping your subscription up to date guarantees continued access to tools, storage, users and certification workflows.

This article explains how a domain administrator can review subscription status and renew it when needed.

  • Step 1: From your domain dashboard, click the gear icon next to your domain name to access the settings.

  • Step 2: In the left-side navigation menu, select Plans and Payments. This section contains all information related to your subscription and billing.

  • Step 3: Click on Subscriptions to view your active plan and its renewal details. Here you can see the subscription status, renewal date and billing frequency.

  • Step 4: Check whether your subscription is approaching its renewal date or has expired. If renewal is required, a renewal option or notification will be visible on the page.

  • Step 5: Click Renew or follow the renewal prompt displayed on the screen. Review the subscription details and confirm the renewal to proceed.

    Once confirmed, your subscription will be renewed and extended according to the selected billing period.

 

Renewing your subscription on time ensures continuous access to your domain and prevents any interruption to your operations. Domain administrators can monitor renewal dates and manage subscriptions at any time from the Plans and Payments section.
