When you receive parcels from your clients, suppliers, or other partners with QR codes, there are multiple ways to import these codes into iTraceiT. Follow these steps depending on the format in which the QR codes were provided:
Method 1: You received parcel (s) with QR Code
- You received the parcel(s) from your supplier or client with QR codes on them, log in to iTraceiT and navigate to the homepage
- Use your QR scanner (provided as a gift from iTraceiT) to scan the QR code directly from the parcel
- A pop-up will be opened asking you if you want to import it in your iTraceiT account. Click on the button proceed and the QR code will be imported into iTraceiT
Method 2: You received traceability report
If you received a traceability report :
- Select and copy the provided alphanumeric code below the QR Code
- On iTraceiT homepage, paste the code into the search bar
- Press Enter or click on the search (loop) icon to import the QR Code
Method 3: You received excel file
If you receive an Excel file from your supplier or client containing alphanumeric QR codes:
- Open the Excel file, locate the specific QR code you want to import, and copy it.
- Paste the QR Code into the iTraceiT search bar, press Enter, or click on the search icon to start the import.
