In the iTraceiT system, each parcel is assigned a unique QR code for traceability and identification. Occasionally, you may need to edit the details associated with a specific QR code. Follow these simple steps to modify the information linked to a QR code.

Step-by-Step Guide to Editing a QR code

Locate the QR code.
- Use the Search Item bar or browse the list to find the parcel whose QR code you want to edit.
- Double click on it to display it on the interface.
Select the Edit Option
- Once the parcel is located, click on the pencil icon next to the QR code. This will open the editing tabs for the parcel.
Edit Parcel Details
- In the editing tabs, you can update the following details:
  - Parcel Reference
  - Weight (Ct)
  - Number of Stones
  - Average Weight
  - Country of Origin
  - Mining Company
  - Mine
  - URL redirection link
  - Etc
Save Changes
- After editing the necessary fields, ensure you save your changes to apply the updates to the QR code data.
