How to Change Your Sector or Activity

Your sector or activity defines how your organization is categorized in iTraceiT and helps ensure that your domain configuration aligns with your real business operations. Keeping this information accurate is important for correct setup, reporting and future certification workflows.

Only administrators can perform this action.

  • Step 1: From your domain dashboard, click the gear icon next to your domain name to access the settings.

 
  • Step 2: In the left-side menu, select Company Identity. This section contains all information related to your organization.


 

  • Step 3: Inside Company Identity, click the Organisation Info tab.

     

 

  • Step 4: Locate the Activity Sector field. Select the correct option that best represents your company’s role in the supply chain.

    Ensure the selected activity matches your actual operations, as this may impact available features or certification workflows.


 

  • Step 5: After selecting the correct sector or activity, click on the button Save. The change is applied immediately to your domain.

 

Keeping your sector or activity up to date ensures that your domain remains correctly configured and aligned with your business operations. Domain administrators can review and update this information at any time from the Organisation Info section.
