# How to attach documents to one QR Code through the workflow

You can easily attach various types of documents to your QR code, including PDFs, Word files, Excel spreadsheets, images, invoices, shipping manifests, and more, regardless of their size. You have the flexibility to attach a single document to a QR code, or attach multiple documents to one or more QR codes simultaneously.

 

To attach a document to a QR code using our workflow, follow these steps:

1\. Click on the "Documents" tab.

2\. Next, select "Add documents."

3\. You can either drag and drop your files or click the "Select files" button to choose the files you want to upload. Take a moment to review your selected documents to ensure they are the correct ones. If needed, you can remove documents before proceeding with the upload. Please note that once documents are imported, they cannot be manually deleted.

4\. Click on the "Upload" button, and your documents will be imported and attached to the corresponding parcel.

This simple process allows you to seamlessly manage your documents and associate them with a QR code for easy access and reference.
