How to Buy Additional Services

Additional services allow you to extend the capabilities of your iTraceiT domain beyond your base subscription. These services can include extra users, additional storage, advanced features or other options depending on your contract. 

Only administrators can acces the domain settings.

This article explains how a domain administrator can request and add additional services to an existing subscription.

Adding services helps ensure that your domain continues to support your operational needs as your activity grows.

  • Step 1: From your domain dashboard, click the gear icon next to your domain name to access the settings.

  • Step 2: In the left-side menu, select Plans and Payments. This section contains all subscription, billing and service management options.

  • Step 3: Within Plans and Payments, click Add-ons/Upscale Requests. This page displays the additional services available for your domain.

  • Step 4: Review the list of available services and select the ones you want to add, such as:

    • Additional users

    • Extra storage

    • Advanced features or modules

Adjust quantities if applicable.

  • Step 5: Check the summary of the selected services, including pricing and billing terms. Confirm the request to proceed with the payment.

Once the payment completed, the request is processed and the additional services will be applied according to the selected terms.

 

Adding additional services allows your iTraceiT domain to evolve with your business needs. Domain administrators can request and manage these services at any time from the Plans and Payments section to ensure continued flexibility and scalability.
