Discover the Application Interface

Navigating the Application Interface is a key step in your onboarding journey with iTraceiT. This interface is where all traceability operations take place, from creating QR Codes to managing parcels and sharing data across the supply chain.

The Application Interface is the workspace where all traceability operations are performed in iTraceiT. Once a domain is opened from the Access Hub, this interface becomes the environment where you work with QR Codes, parcels, data, and documents related to your activity.

Understanding how the interface is structured helps you immediately know where to act, where to analyze data, and where to find support.

 

Global Interface Structure

The Application Interface is organized around three main areas:

  • The main navigation tabs on the left

  • The account and system controls on the top right

  • And the Help Center accessible at all times.

This structure remains consistent across the platform.

 

1. Main Navigation Tabs on the Left

The left side of the interface contains the main navigation tabs : Home, Tools and My Assets.

1.1 Home


The Home tab is the starting point for operational work. This page is divided into three functional areas:

  • On the left, shortcut buttons allow you to perform manual actions such as creating a QR Code, exporting on blockchain, merging, splitting, or grouping QR Codes

  • In the center, the QR Code scanning area allows you to read a QR Code,


  • On the right, the parcel details and analysis area displays parcel information, destination data, extra fields, and analytical tables showing origin and percentage breakdowns.

 

 
1.2 Tools

The Tools tab groups functionalities used to support operations at scale. It provides access to parcel imports via Excel, document and media management, partner invitations, and system integrations such as API connections.

 

1.3 My Assets

The My Assets tab is where all existing assets are managed. It contains the full inventory of individual parcels and parcel groups, allowing users to review, filter, organize, and manage QR Codes within the domain.

 

2. Top Right Controls

On the top right of the interface, several controls are always available.

  • Notifications display product updates, improvements, and important system information.



  • Access Hub allows you to return to the Hub to view domains or access administrative information.



  • Profile gives access to personal and domain related preferences, including domain switching, language selection, display mode, and account information.


 

3. Help Center Access

The Help Center is always accessible from the bottom right corner of the interface. It provides learning resources such as onboarding guides, workflow documentation, manuals, and interface explanations, as well as access to support channels including chat, email, and feedback submission.

The Help Center provides access to learning resources and support channels. You can open it by clicking the Help Center button at the bottom right.

The Help Center is divided into two sections:

  • Learn : contains learning materials such as getting started guides, step by step workflow documentation, manuals


  • Support : allows you to contact the iTraceiT team through different channels



 

You now understand how the iTraceiT Application Interface is structured and how each main area is used. By identifying the main navigation tabs, the Home page layout, the Tools and My Assets sections, and the permanent access to notifications, profile settings, and the Help Center, you can navigate the interface confidently and know where to perform each type of traceability action within your domain.
